About the award
More than good grades
Youth of the Year is a competition at three levels: local club, district and national. A local winner can advance to the district level and possibly the national level.
The award recognizes well-rounded students. Points are given for unweighted GPA and for participation in school and community organizations.
How to apply
- Request the student application from the club.
- Complete every section.
- Submit it to your school counselor, with a student transcript, by the deadline.
