About the program
Young people are a valuable resource
Exchange has long sponsored youth activities, with a focus on college scholarships, mentoring and guidance, and recognition for service. Each club chooses the projects that fit its community, guided by a community needs assessment.
Exchange also supports Excel Clubs, youth service clubs that give students hands-on experience in leadership and volunteering. National awards such as Youth of the Year help build students' confidence and motivation toward their education and career goals.
